Hokkaido is large, and drives between the towns you've heard of can take longer than a map suggests. This free planner turns a few choices into a rough driving route to start from: which towns to visit, in what order, and where to stay each night.
Choose how many days you have (5, 7 or 10), what interests you (food, nature, hot springs, wildlife, snow, or cities and culture — or none for a balanced mix) and your season. The planner suggests a route that starts and ends at New Chitose Airport.
Each result shows a route map, stops for each day, overnight towns and links to related guides. Distances and times are rough estimates from an unrouted model, not verified driving times. They omit actual roads, passes and closures, so check the actual road route, breaks and conditions before you book. To keep a plan, bookmark or copy its link and share it with whoever you're travelling with.
